The large and small connecting rods adopt a flexible feeding system, with a four axis robot combined with a visual system for accurate positioning and high efficiency, which can avoid the deformation factors of the connecting rods. The control rod is fed through a loading plate method, and the fan blades can be fed through a vibrating plate or a vacuum box method. During the assembly process, the visual system positions and compensates to ensure  product quality. After product assembly, there is  a rocker damping test, which is designed to fully simulate human touch and occupies a small area of equipment, The appearance is reasonable  and beautiful.
