This is a drill bit blank lifting and screening machine designed for lifting, transporting, identifying drill bit direction, and adjusting direction. The equipment is transported by a washboard elevator, fed through the conveyor belt sequence, identified the direction of the drill bit by using the Kienz vision system, and then adjusted the direction. Up to 20 different sizes of drill blanks can be distinguished, with a qualification rate of 100%. The entire equipment is controlled by PLC and touch screen to achieve product transportation, testing, and integration with the next process.
